“We Need You Lord Prayer"

  Father God, we come to you with an humble heart, realizing that we need you in our lives to help us and guide us in all of our ways. We cannot accept all the responsibilities that seem to be ours and accomplish them all on our own. We need You! Please show us our priorities and help us to lay down those things that are not really ours to do. Please help us to trust You so that You will take care of the things that are hindering us from moving forward. Please take the things that we cannot change and help us to work on those things that are for us to change.

We desire to walk in equity with others. Help us to treat others today as we desire to be treated; realizing that we shall reap what we sow. If we are fair and kind and sow those good and kind seeds to others, we shall reap fairness and kindness in return. Let us be more Christ-like today and everyday through the power of your Holy Spirit. Help us to know that we need thee every hour! In Jesus' name, Amen..
