Dear Bishop Hilliard: I thank God for the anointing upon your life. My best friend of 26+ years was diagnosed with Thyroid cancer in February 2003. She had undergone the surgical procedure to have her thyroid removed. However, the doctor later discovered that the cancer had spread into her throat.
She was given radiation treatments to combat the cancer but was continuously experiencing problems and pain. I had been away from church for several months due to some personal problems and my friend's illness. I thought God had turned his back on me, forsaken me. However, a sister of the Church, whom I had encouraged to give her life to the Lord, convinced me that being away was not the way to deal with my situation. When I returned to Church, I felt the Holy Spirit embrace me immediately. I asked God for forgiveness and immediately felt his presence. I noticed the bulletin on the Prayer Revival. I felt lead to attend the service each evening of the Prayer Revival and again on Saturday morning. Each day of the Revival, I called my best friend's name, as well as other names, out into the atmosphere. On Thursday night of the Prayer Revival you asked the individuals in the congregation who were diagnosed with cancer or survived cancer to come to the altar. Although, I do not have cancer, and never will, I decided to stand at my seat as an intercessor for my friend. When you began praying for the persons with cancer, I combined my faith with yours and confessed my friend's healing.
On Friday night, the Holy Spirit told me to send a piece of the t-shirt to my friend, once the Revival was over. On Saturday morning, you confirmed the message I received from the Holy Spirit. I was obedient to the Holy Spirit and sent her a piece of the t-shirt, a copy of the CD from Thursday night prayer service, and a bottle of moderately expensive perfume (as you have taught us give a little "ice cream" to others.) My friend called to tell me that she had received the items. She told me that she placed the prayer cloth next to her heart and would play the CD.
On February 13th, my friend went for a blood test. She told me that the doctor could not find any sign of the cancer. However, she stated that the doctor wanted to schedule her for a bone scan. I told her that to accept her healing. She was hesitant. On February 18th, she took a bone scan. Today, February 19th, my friend called crying and praising the Lord, the bone scan showed no sign of the cancer. She called me at work, the only thing that I said repeatedly was "God is Great" and helped her thank God for her healing. My co-worker told me that "God is Good. I told my coworker that "My God is Great". I thank God for the awesome anointing upon your life. I thank God that he has placed a Visionary, such as yourself, in my life. I thank God that you understand the power of prayer.
I thank God that you allow the Holy Spirit to have his way in your life which enriches my life. I know that God is a Healer. I know that God is no
respecter of persons, what he has done for my friend, he will do for someone in the same or similar position. In 2002, God healed me and brought me
through three aneurysm procedures performed within an eight month period. I do not have any disabilities or headaches. I am currently enrolled in a
M.B.A. program. Thank God, for the many years of friendship, my friend and I will be able to share as a result of our miraculous healings and the power
of the Prayer Revival.
With many more blessing to come

You don’t have to walk around in shame because of sin or an indiscretion that has occurred in your life. God is majoring in restoring and bringing
people back into the fold! God is forgiving sin, having mercy and drawing people back into the ministry! Far too many of God’s people never come
into their promised land or never come into their destiny because of shame.
